This policy explains how IBKO Pixels processes information when you use 47Arena. The app does not require account registration for its core experience.

Device and app information
This may include device type, operating system and version, app version, language, country or approximate location derived from an IP address, mobile network, installation identifiers and technical settings.
Usage and football-content interactions
We may process app launches, screens or features viewed, fixtures or competitions selected, session duration, referral information and similar events needed to understand product use and improve navigation.
Advertising information
47Arena is supported by advertising. Advertising and analytics partners may process an advertising identifier where permitted, ad impressions and interactions, app events and consent choices. Personalized advertising is used only where allowed by law and platform settings.
Diagnostics and notifications
Crash logs, performance data and technical diagnostics may be processed to keep the app reliable. If you choose to enable notifications, a device notification token and your notification preferences may be processed to deliver them.

3. Legal bases

4. Providers and football data
We may use football-data suppliers, hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, notification and advertising providers. They may process information under their own terms or on our instructions. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described, including product operation, troubleshooting, advertising measurement and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You can disable notifications and manage tracking or advertising permissions through iOS settings. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
7. Children
47Arena is intended for a general football audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
8. Changes and contact
