These terms apply to BaraqVPN and 47Arena, provided by IBKO Pixels in the Netherlands. By using an app, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy.
1. The apps
BaraqVPN provides VPN-related functionality. 47Arena provides football-related information and discovery features. Features, availability, providers and supported regions may change over time.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the apps lawfully and must not interfere with their operation, bypass security, misuse infrastructure, distribute malware, infringe rights or use BaraqVPN to conceal unlawful conduct.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The apps may display advertising and rely on third-party infrastructure, content, analytics, diagnostics or data providers. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
4. Football information
Fixtures, results and related information may come from third-party sources. We work to provide a useful experience but do not guarantee that every item is complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting protections that apply to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
